Commentary | At the inn courtyard, Sancho is blanketed by the innkeeper, Juan Palomeque el Zurdo, and others.
Don Quixote observes the scene mounted on Rocinante from behind the inn wall (background). Composition with quite little novelty. Remarkable caricature style; notice Cruikshank's personal style of quick and short etching lines. |
