Commentary Dorotea (Micomicona) prevents don Quixote from punishing Sancho for having preferred Micomicona's beauty to Dulcinea's. Also the priest, Cardenio and the barber, disguised.
Drawing and engraving are acceptable.
Notes 1 - Same plate by unknown engraver first used for Brussels: Mommarte, 1662, which was a bad copy after Savery's illustration (Dordrecht: Savery, 1657).
2 - This illustration, as its own indication refers ("Fol. 537"), appears f.p. 537, but this is chapter 45:1, and the image should be placed in chapter 30:1. In that place, f.p. 331, it is "Dispute at inn about Mambrino's helmet and packsaddle".
