Commentary In the foreground, Sancho contemplates the "conquered" Mambrino's helmet, a barber basin, and exclaims "Por Dios, que la bacía es buena, y que vale un real de á ocho como un maravedí" (21:2), while don Quixote asks him to hand the basin to him.
In the background, the defeated barber running away.
