Commentary | In Sierra Morena, Princess Micomicona (Dorotea) kneels before don Quixote begging for his help; also in the scene, Sancho and the barber (disguised with a fake beard, although he looks like a real old man).
Remarkable drawing and engraving; notice the use of white and black contrasts; skillful drawing without too many details. Micomicona's figure, of great beauty, is especially remarkable too. |
