Commentary | At dawn (accurate to Cervantes' text), don Quixote falls from Rocinante and remains hanged and tied by his hand to an inn window when four travelers (servants of don Luis' father) arrive to the inn.
The innkeeper appears to discover who is crying. Maritornes is ready to untie don Quixote, but the innkeeper's daughter should not appear in the window too. Small figures with accetable drawing and engraving, but poor. |
