Estando Roque Guinart, y su bandoleros con Don Quixote y Sancho Panza, vase, llamado de Claudia Forte, á ver si habia muerto ó no Vicente Torrellas, á quien habia tirado ella unos pistoletazos; y volviendo Roque al rancho encuentra á Don Quixote, que sobre Rocinante estaba haciendo una platica á los ladrones, en que les persuadia dexasen aquel modo de vivir tan peligroso para el alma y para el cuerpo; pero como los mas eran gascones, no hacian caso.
