Commentary Don Quixote, mounted on Rocinante, puts Mambrino's helmet on (barber basin); Sancho observes him while the barber runs away leaving his mule abandoned; two other figures (not accurate to Cervantes' text) observe them.
French setting (influenced by Coypel's designs); quite acceptable drawing and engraving.
