Illustration based on Coypel's (Paris:Surugue, 1724); turned and with some changes. Sancho's image, laughing, almost reproduces don Quixote's image in Coypel's illustration. Now, don Quixote appears more expressive and ridiculous, gesticulating. In the background, El Toboso. |
