Commentary At Barataria Island, governor Sancho, sat at his table, is not allowed to eat by doctor Pedro Recio, who points with his wand to the dishes that a pair of servants must take away.
Setting with some good details.
Big size figures lacking naturalism, excepting Sancho's, quite remarkable. 
Notes 1 - Same plate first used for Paris: Furne, 1858 (also in 1861) copied after the illustration first appeared in Paris: Mequignon, 1821 (and 1822).
