Commentary | Don Quixote mounted on Rocinante and completely armed begins his first sally.
Excellent drawing and engraving; highly-expressive; notice don Quixote's expression (eyes) and Rocinantes's figure as an old horse. Good combination of reality (horse, austere landscape...) and imagination (clouds in background forming a knight on horseback). |
