| Commentary | Don Quixote and Sancho both knelt before three peasant girls on donkeys.
Sancho introduces one of the peasant girls to don Quixote as the enchanted Dulcinea while holds the reins of her donkey. Drawing and engraving are quite good as a whole; don Quixote's figure and Dulcinea's expression are specially remarkable. Well-known scene and composition. |
