| Commentary | Before their fight, don Quixote asks the Knight of the Mirrors to lift his helmet visor to see his face.
In the background, they also appear Sancho and the Knight of the Mirrors' squire (notice his big red nose; accurate to the text). This cromolithography is not one of the best of the edition, although some light effects (notice the clouds) are quite good. |
