Cervantes, as Hercules Musagetes (followed by the nine Muses), receives from a satyr the arms (Comedy mask) to fight the monsters (Chivalric books) that have invaded Mount Parnassus.
Monumental figures of great and classical beauty.
Excellent drawing and engraving (Muses' faces, tunics, Hercules' musculature...). 
Notes 1 - Same plate used for London: Tonson, 1738.
