| Commentary | Conventional composition.
In the foreground, Sancho's blanketing while, from the background, don Quixote observes him. Illustration with great quality; notice some rich details (see saint Jacob´s image, pilgrims' patron) and the diversity of gestures. Drawing and engraving are excellent. |
| Notes | 1 - Ashbee (art. 22) refers to a plate without date engraved by Aubert with the reference "Chez Dupuis". Maybe, it was engraved c. 1733-39 and, then, copied by Schley. |
