Commentary | In the foreground, don Quixote ready to fight against a lion, but the animal remains into the cage although the lionkeeper has opened the gate.
In the background, don Diego and Sancho running away; the carter(?) climbing a tree. Simple drawing and clumsy engraving; notable disproportions. |
