Commentary Example of 18th century liking for scenes with dialogues (since London: Tonson, 1738). From the whole adventure, neither the previous fight nor the next one were chosen. Don Quixote orders Ginés de Pasamonte and the galley slaves (see don Quixote´s gesture) to go to El Toboso and kiss Dulcinea´s feet.
Drawing and engraving are good as a whole.
Notes Accompanied by the poem:
"Gines releas'd, Don Quixote bids him go
At fair Dulcinea´s feet himself to throw,
And, out of gratitude for being freed,
With tales of his great Feats her Ears to feed".
