|Commentary||Well-known scene; the composition has been resolved with a diagonal.
In the lower part, Grisóstomo's burial (don Quixote on Rocinante, Vivaldo Ambrosio, Grisóstomo's corpse and some shepherds digging the tomb).
In the upper part, Marcela's appearance (as a court shepherdess; slender figure).
Don Quixote's figure has been represented with little detail.
