	Commentary	Centrifugal composition (more movement) where don Quixote is the center and the other figures form a "V". On the left, the innkeeper and others. On the right, Sancho, the broken theater and others. Maese Pedro appears from inside the theater and his servant running away. Theatrical and baroque composition; all the characters are placed looking at the viewer and before a big curtain (backdrop). Drawing and engraving are quite remarkable.
	Notes	1 - Copy after Coypel's design (first appeared in Paris: Surugue, c. 1723; also copied for La Haye: Pierre de Hondt, 1746). 2 - Same plate first engraved for La Haye: P. Gosse & A. Moetjens, 1744; the references have been changed from Spanish into French and the signatures erased. 3 – Plate XVI.
