	Commentary	The scene is resolved with the basic composition. Micomicona (Dorotea) falls on her knees before don Quixote and he tries to stand her up. The barber, disguised with a beard, laughs, while Sancho holds the basin. Behind the trees, the priest and Cardenio are hidden. Well-detailed engraving (see Micomicona's dress, trees, cascade...); drawing and engraving are excellent.

Vander Gucht in Queen Street Bloomsbury" (London, c. 1725 or later); numbered as plate 6. 3 - Copy engraved by Gerard van der Gucht? after Coypel's illustration (Paris: Surugue, c. 1724); the composition has been turned in comparison with Coypel's, but they both have the same large horizontal format. 4 - Print included in Cushing's extra-illustrated copy of John Bowle's edition (Salisbury: 1781).
