	Commentary	In the foreground, Juan Haldudo whipping Andres, who is tied to a tree. In the background, the appearance of don Quixote mounted on Rocinante. Well-known scene and composition since Savery (Dordrecht: Savery, 1657). Good drawing and engraving. In an ornamental and architectural frame with errant knight's arms and laurel and oak branches; the whole illustration has got a remarkable decorative effect.
