Commentary | In Sierra Morena, the priest and Cardenio (the barber should appear too), both hidden, observe Dorotea washing her feet in a stream of water.
Accurate to Cervantes' text, Dorotea wears man clothes; figure of certain eroticism. Picturesque setting. Drawing and engraving are quite acceptable for Dorotea's figure and setting; figures in background are rough. |
