Commentary | Don Quixote punishes Sancho (fallen on the ground) because the squire prefers Micomicona's beauty to Dulcinea's.
Micomicona (Dorotea) tries to prevent don Quixote from beating Sancho again; also the priest. Drawing and engraving done to look archaic. |
