Commentary | In the foreground, it is supposed to be the bojiganga stealing Sancho's donkey.
In the middle ground, the cart with actors of Angulo el Malo's company (Devil, Death, Cupid, Angel, Emperor, Queen and Knight or Soldier). On the left, Sancho running(?) to help don Quixote (background); the knight should appear falling from Rocinante. Drawing and engraving done to look archaic. |
