|Commentary||Don Quixote, knelt down, begs the innkeeper to knight him; the scene has been placed at the inn stable, accurate to Cervantes' text.
Notice the use of stipple to shade the figures and faces (see the innkeeper).

2 - Ridley's signature as "Ridley P." (in other illus. "Ridley Pr.") maybe refers not to the engraver, but to the printer.
