Commentary After his wedding, don Fernando finds Luscinda's letter, where she assures her love for Cardenio, and dagger; Luscinda, accurate to Cervantes' text, remains unconscious.
This part of Luscinda's history is told by Dorotea to the priest, the barber and Cardenio.
The scene is quite theatrical and has a clear Romantic sense; the gestures of the figures, although theatrical, are good.
