Commentary | Don Quixote decides to attack the actors of Angulo el Malo's company to avenge the robbery of Sancho's donkey by the bojiganga; the actors get ready to "welcome" him with stones.
Accurate to Cervantes' text, the actors are disguised to perform Las Cortes de la Muerte (Devil, Death, Angel, Cupid, King and Soldier). Good drawing and engraving. |
