Commentary Very original illustration; Sancho accepts to take don Quixote's love letter for Dulcinea to El Toboso in exchange for three donkeys.
Don Quixote appears accompanied by Cupid (inspiring him the love letter) and Sancho, imagining the donkeys (more than three), by Mercury (as god of couriers and messengers).
Excellent drawing and engraving.
