Commentary | Well-known scene; representation of Dorotea while washing his feet into a stream in the very instant of hearing a noise (caused by the priest, the barber and Cardenio; not represented).
Doré has drawn an illustration full of beauty, both Dorotea's figure and the setting. Drawing and engraving are excellent. |
