Commentary | Don Quixote and Sancho on their road from Barcelona to home.
Don Quixote, mounted on Rocinante, is not wearing his armour any longer; Sancho's donkey carries his armour and arms. Cruikshank's personal caricature style is very remarkable; notice don Quixote's figure and sad expression. |
