Commentary | Perfectly-balanced composition.
Don Quixote, with a clemency gesture, orders the Knight of the Mirrors (Sansón Carrasco) to go and prostrate himself at the feet of Dulcinea. His squire, Tomé Cecial (left), takes off his false big nose to show don Quixote who they really are, amazing Sancho. Quite acceptable and neat engraving. |
