Commentary | Don Quixote dictates his last will to a notary (foreground); two candles light them.
In the background, the housekeeper, the niece, Sancho, Sansón Carrasco, the barber and the priest. Scene without certain drama; only the housekeeper, the niece and Sancho are crying. Good composition, lightly theatrical. Drawing and engraving are quite acceptable. |
