Commentary Two galley slaves (or two other characters defeated by don Quixote) arrive to El Toboso to prostrate themselves before Dulcinea and find her hacking flax.
Reference to the dialogue between don Quixote and Sancho about Dulcinea; by the first time, Sancho discovers that Dulcinea is Aldonza Lorenzo and he imagine this comical scene.
