Commentary The Countess Trifaldi or doña Distressed finishes his speech begging for the arrival of Clavileño.
See her theatrical gesture; in reference to "Dijo esto con tanto sentimiento la Trifaldi, que sacó las lágrimas de los ojos de todos los circunstantes" (40:2). 
Notes 1 - Same tailpiece and wooden block first used for Paris: Dubochet, 1836-37.
