Very original illustration and composition; the lower half with shepherds sighing, lamenting, singing love song....; in the upper half, the clouds shape the figure of Marcela with her flock of goats. Jiménez Aranda's drawing skill is masterly; remarkable use of light and shadow with impressionist effects. |
