Commentary | In the foreground, in Barcelona beach, don Quixote fallen from Rocinante and defeated by the Knight of the White Moon (Sansón Carrasco), who aims his lance against him.
In the background, Sancho, don Antonio Moreno, the viceroy and others. Well-known scene and composition, with little novelty. Sancho's figure is quite remarkable. Good illustration as a whole. |
