Commentary | Don Quixote, tied to a rope, descends into Montesinos' cave; around him, several birds flapping.
Very remarkable representation of this scene; the use of zenithal light is worth noting. Don Quixote's figure, specially his face, is very remarkable too; notice his hard facial features, as a caricature, quite grotesque. |
