Commentary | In the court of the Duke's palace, don Quixote and Sancho blindfolded and mounted on Clavileño while several servants simulate its flight using bellows.
Accurate to Cervantes' text, don Quixote "drives" the horse using the peg on its forehead. On the right, the Duke and Duchess observing the scene. Well-known scene; resolved with little novelty. Good drawing. |
