Commentary In a galley, the General presents Ana Félix (in Moorish clothes and prepared to be hanged) to the Viceroy; behind them, don Quixote, Sancho Panza and Ricote as a pilgrim (Ana Félix's father) among several sailors.
Drawing and engraving are acceptable, but this illustration is not among the best ones of the set.
Notes 1 – Plate newly engraved in a reduced and turned format by Van der Gucht after his own plate with Vanderbank’s design first engraved for London: Tonson, 1738.
