Commentary | Following the priest's orders, the innkeeper and don Fernando (or others, disguised as enchanters) tie don Quixote's hands and feet while he is asleep and take him out of the inn.
Mueller uses the expressive possiblities of wood engraving with great skill and modernity, resolving the scene with a worth-noting and contemporary artistic sense. |
