Commentary | Don Quixote, mounted on Rocinante, charges against a windmill despite Sancho's advice and the windmill sail breaks his lance.
Well-known scene, resolved with little novelty. Dutch windmills. Drawing and engraving are very remarkable; good illustration as a whole despite some disproportions. |
