Commentary | Don Quixote and Sancho, both blindfolded, "fly" mounted on Clavileño; some servants simulate its flight with a pair of bellows and a torch.
The Duke and the Duchess observe the scene. Well-known scene, resolved with little novelty. Drawing and engraving are very remarkable; good and detailed figures. |
Notes | 1 - Process reproduction of Pinelli's etching for Roma: R. Gentilucci, 1833-34.
2 - Wrongly-placed in chapter 49:2. |
