	Commentary	From the whole episode, Hayman has chosen one moment of fine humour; the funny description of don Quixote and doña Rodríguez has been masterly represented (see doña Rodríguez' realistic face). From the door, one Duchess' maiden observes doña Rodríguez going into don Quixote's room. Excellent drawing and engraving.
	Notes	"Bellísima estampa. No busquemos aquí -como tampoco en los anteriores, las de Vanderbank- fidelidad literal al texto cervantino, ni absoluta propiedad en las figuras o en la indumentaria, ni eso que más tarde el siglo XIX llamará «sabor local». Aquí el Quijote está transformado, esto es, realmente traducido a la vida inglesa de a mediados del siglo XVIII. Es el instante en que, pasado el susto del primer momento en el cual lo mismo la dueña que Don Quijote se tomaron mutuamente por fantasmas o ánimas del purgatorio, Doña Rodríguez vuelve al aposento de aquél, después de encender de nuevo la vela" (GG132).
