| Commentary | The innkeeper and Sancho discover don Quixote attacking several wineskins.
Accurate to Cervantes' text, don Quixote appears asleep, in shirt, his arm wrapped in a blanket, with a night cap on his head and brandishing his sword. Well-known scene, resolved with little novelty. Good drawing and good coloring and shading (notice the light and shadow effects produced by the candle). |
