Commentary | At night, after dinning in a meadow, don Quixote and Sancho decide to look for a fountain to drink (then, they will hear the strong noise of the fulling mills).
Accurate to Cervantes' text, don Quixote walks taking Rocinante by the briddle and Sancho his ass by the halter. Sketching style; figures resolved almost as silhouettes. |
