Commentary | Don Quixote and Sancho, both blindfolded, "fly" mounted on Clavileño (as imagined by the knight).
The squire embraces don Quixote while the knight rides the horse using a peg on its forehead (neck). Excellent use of woodcut to create highly-effective white and black contrasts. Clean drawing and very expressive figures. |
