Commentary The priest introduces Zoraida to the judge; in Cervantes' text, the priest also introduces the captive to his brother, but here it has not been represented.
The scene is composed by gestures; the priest taking Zoraida with one hand and introducing her with the other, Zoraida with a gesture of humility, and the judge moving towards Zoraida.
In the background, just sketched, doña Clara and others.
