Commentary | Sixth of seven scenes about don Gaiferos and Melisendra's puppet show. Johannot, with great originality, represents the characters as puppets; Melisendra and don Gaiferos flee away, leaving the city (Zaragoza).
Melisendra's figure, as a stiff puppet, is especially comical. |
