Commentary A cord with little bells is let down over don Quixote's window and a sack full of cats is discharged into his room too, creating a terrific fuss; don Quixote, believing that it is a legion of devils or enchanters, begins to brandish his sword against the cats.
Thomas Williams' engraving style is quite particular, more interested in shading that in drawing.
