Commentary One of the best known and more often represented scenes. Four travelers (three in the illustration) arrive to the inn and find don Quixote hanged by his hand and in balance over Rocinante, but the horse moves to smell the newcomers mares and makes don Quixote fall down.
Figures of great quality (see don Quixote and travelers), with good gestures that indicate the fright of the very instant when don Quixote falls down.
