Commentary | Don Quixote gives Sancho advice before leaving for Barataria Island; don Quixote appears as a master (see gesture of his right hand) and Sancho as a pupil.
Basic setting; both characters have the whole importance. Previously represented scene, but not in many editions. Excellent engraving and shading. |
